Welcome to England Historical Enterprises
England Historical Enterprises Books and Publications is devoted to historical research on the military history of Fort Taylor and related United States Army and Navy installations in Key West. Beginning with the construction of the Fort in 1845 through the Civil War, Spanish-American War, World War I, and World War II, Key West experienced a unique history of involvement with both the Army and Navy. Their operations and facilities around the island hold many interesting stories over the past 177-plus years.
